Serves as the highest level technical expert in systems engineering. Develops standards and guidelines that guide the design of enterprise solutions and architecture. Innovates solutions to processing needs using evolving technologies and engineers an enhanced operating environment.
Uses a broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop solutions to problems and critical design issues. Work assignments are typically focused on critical products for the organization. Works independently and will likely supervise the work of lower level personnel.BS and 10 + years or equivalent Competencies:

Requirements:• Candidate must have extensive architectural (and hands on administrator) knowledge of Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) software,
• BM 3494 Tape libraries
• management of EMC DMX and HDS storage devices
• Sun Solaris serves
• Wintel HP servers
• Cisco SAN switches
• ECC
• other environmental software needed for management of all storage in the GMACI-PL data center
